Use the audit as informed guidance—not as a promise about what a model will say.

The free audit

The audit analyzes a limited sample of public website evidence at a point in time. Scores and findings are directional and may be affected by network errors, dynamic rendering, robots rules, site changes, or incomplete public information. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before publishing changes.

No ranking guarantee

Top of Chat does not control ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google, their indexes, or their outputs. We do not guarantee a mention, citation, position, traffic result, or commercial outcome. We do guarantee that paid deliverables will contain the work described at checkout.

Paid action plan

The $149 90-Day GEO Action Plan includes the deliverables listed on the report checkout section and is normally delivered to the audit email within two business days after confirmed payment. We may ask for missing factual inputs. Website implementation, publishing, outreach, recurring monitoring, and third-party fees are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Refunds

If we have not started the human review, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the completed plan has been delivered, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Email hello@topofchat.com with the purchase email.

Acceptable use

Do not submit private network addresses, unlawful material, sites you are not authorized to assess, or automated requests intended to overload the service. We may limit or block abusive use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and Top of Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
